Columbio is a 2nd class municipality in the province of Sultan Kudarat, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 21,698 people in 4,290 households.
Columbio is inhabited by ethnic groups such as the Ilocanos, Ilonggos, Blaan and Maguindanaon.
Columbio is politically subdivided into 16 barangays.
